By accessing or using The Outreach Project website, mobile application, nonprofit directory, podcast content, community features, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Directory listings and resource information are provided for informational purposes only.

The Outreach Project LLC does not guarantee:

Accuracy
Completeness
Availability
Tax status
Licensing
Eligibility
Effectiveness
Operational status

of any listed organization or resource.

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute endorsement, certification, accreditation, recommendation, or verification by The Outreach Project.

Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating any organization or resource before engaging with them.

6. Community Content

Users may create, post, or share content.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By posting content, you grant The Outreach Project LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content in connection with the Services.

You are solely responsible for your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any law
Harass or threaten others
Impersonate another person
Post fraudulent information
Distribute malware
Scrape or harvest data
Reverse engineer the platform
Interfere with platform operations
Upload unlawful content

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, text, trademarks, service marks, and related materials are owned by The Outreach Project LLC or its licensors.

Sponsors, advertisers, nonprofit partners, and featured organizations participate independently.

Participation does not constitute endorsement by The Outreach Project LLC.

The Outreach Project retains sole editorial discretion regarding content, placement, visibility, and sponsorship opportunities.

No guarantees are made regarding audience size, impressions, leads, donations, sponsorship performance, or business outcomes.

Content available through the Services is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes:

Reliance on directory information
Reliance on podcast content
Community interactions
Sponsor relationships
Third-party organizations
Data loss
Service interruptions

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Outreach Project LLC and its members, managers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, contractors, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Account Suspension and Termination

The Outreach Project LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, to protect users, the platform, or business operations.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, except where prohibited by law.

Each party waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
